Information for Buyers

If you are in the process of buying a new home you will likely experience a new kind of stress in your life. While purchasing a new home can be a very exciting time, it also can become very confusing and frustrating.

QUESTIONS???

Which Realtor to use
Which Lawyer to use
Which Home Inspector to use
What about Insurance
What should I look for .....etc.

Well here are some hints:

Use an experienced area Realtor you are comfortable with.
Use a Local lawyer, they are more informed about the region and may cost a little less.
Use a Home Inspector who is experienced, & knows about the actual construction of a home.
Insurance companies differ in their policies regarding Areas, Services, Wood stoves, etc.

Be sure to ask questions. Times are changing and most Insurance companies are taking precautionary measures up-front. If your new home has a woodstove or wood fireplace, chances are a W.E.T.T. INSPECTION will be required for financing and/or Insurance.
