ASBESTOS AND OR VERMICULITE

If you are unsure of the insulation in your attic, and think that it might be vermiculite containing asbestos, and you would like to have a sample removed and analyzed, please contact us to arrange for a lab sample to be taken. Our Inspector will meet with you at the property, take the samples, submit all samples to our lab techs and have them analyzed , providing you  with a report indicating the status and percentage of asbestos. Suggestions as to removal method if required will be offered.
